The Law
Offices of Bob Dunst sets fees for each client depending on the type of case
and the nature of the legal matter involved. We do have some general
guidelines for fees.
1.
Hourly fees are $180 per hour, billed at 1/4 hour increments.
2.
In some cases we charge a flat fee, such as preparation of a will or for a real
estate closing.
3.
Sometimes we charge a contingency fee where we get paid portion of the client's
recovery.
4.
We keep track of time spent and provide detailed reports to clients about the
work we do.
5.
Clients are responsible for certain fees, such as filing fees and other court
costs.
We accept credit card
payments, as well as cash and checks.
